Benoît Felix becomes Chief Executive Officer of the Cegos Group

Having been member of the Executive Board since 2014, Benoît Felix has been appointed Chief executive Officer of the Cegos Group, a worldwide leader in Learning & Development. He will take up his function as of 1 January 2021.José Montes is retiring and will be leaving the position of CEO that he has held since June 2014, following a long international career with the Cegos Group.Annick Allégret and Guillaume Huot will remain members of the Executive Board.Benoît Felix becomes Chief Executive Officer of the Cegos Group.Benoît Felix is 54 years old and joined Cegos in 2004 as the Group’s Chefi Financial Officer before becoming a member of the Executive Board in 2014.A graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management (1989), he began his career in the Auditing division of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. In 1994, he joined AMP as an EMEA Internal Auditor before becoming EMEA Financial Director if the Aerospace division in 1995. In 1998, following the acquisition of AMP by Tyco, he became EMEA Manufacturing Controller at Tyco Electronics, and then joined Sofreavia (now Egis Avia) as Chief Financial Officer, a position he held from 1999 to 2004.Alongside Benoît Felix, the Executive Board remains composed of Annick Allégret, in charge of the Offer and Delivery, and Guillaume Huot, in charge of Business Development.Benoît Felix explains:"During his time at Cegos, José Montes made an absolutely decisive contribution to the development of our company.
