Benoît FELIX
Cegos Group CEO
Benoît Felix joined Cegos in 2004 as the Group’s Administrative and Financial Director, before becoming a member of the Board of Directors in 2014. He is the Cegos Group CEO since January 2021. A graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management (1989), he began his career in the Auditing division of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. In 1994, he joined AMP as an EMEA Internal Auditor before becoming EMEA Financial Director in the company’s Aerospace division in 1995. In 1998, he became EMEA Manufacturing Controller at Tyco Electronics (following the acquisition of AMP by Tyco), and then joined Sofreavia (now Egis Avia) as Chief Financial Officer, a position he held from 1999 to 2004.
Emanuele CASTELLANI

Emanuele Castellani, 51, joined the Cegos Group in 2011. He has been Managing Director of Cegos Italy since his arrival and of Cegos APAC since 2018, and will continue to hold these responsibilities through 2023. A graduate of the University of Florence in Political Science and Economics, he began his career at the Italian subsidiary of the Adecco Group, where he held various positions related to the development and management of the company's operations. He then joined ADP Italy, first in the Very Large Accounts Department, then as Director of Strategy and Development. As a member of the Cegos Group Committee, he was also fully involved in strategic initiatives for the Group (management of the Asia Pacific team, design and deployment of the MMO model to the sales teams, launch of the MTS business in Italy, etc.).
Guillaume HUOT

A graduate of HEC Paris, Guillaume Huot started his career at UAP in human resources then joined CIC as branch Deputy Manager. He joined Cegos Group in 1996 as a consultant specialising in the banking sector. He then took part in the creation of the open course business, became its commercial director for France in 2003, then open courses business director for France in 2007. In 2011, he became Group Director for Open Courses. He has been a member of Group’s Board of Directors since 2014.
