Generali wins Silver for Lead & Succeed

Cegos and Generali, an insurance group, were awarded Silver in the Best Senior Management Development Programme category for Lead & Succeed.
Designed for newly appointed directors, the programme was rebuilt to reflect a business environment marked by cross-functional complexity, hybrid working pressures and a shift from operational control to coaching-led leadership.
The journey ran over nine months and combined a variety of development approaches including co-development sessions. It brought together strategic reflection, peer exchange and practical application.

Invex wins Silver for Transformational Leadership Journey

Cegos and Invex, a financial organisation, were also awarded Silver in the Best Senior Management Development Programme category for Transformational Leadership Journey.
The programme was designed to support 122 leaders and reach around 400 direct reports across the organisation. Its objective was to help leaders drive Invex’s cultural and digital transformation.
The programme combined diagnostics, cross-functional projects, group coaching, role plays, case analysis and AI-based simulations.

Malteurop wins Bronze for 7 Safety Leadership Imperatives

Cegos and Malteurop, global leader in malt production, received Bronze in the Best Leadership Development Programme category for 7 Safety Leadership Imperatives
The programme was created for managers across Malteurop’s operations, in a company where safety is a strategic priority across 22 plants in 14 countries. It was designed to make managers the main drivers of safety culture.
The programme turned Malteurop’s own 7 safety framework into a 14-week digital learning journey. Each module focused on one of the seven imperatives. The rollout linked learning to performance reviews and site-level leadership commitments.
