The program of training
As Artificial Intelligence (AI) transforms customer interactions, how can organisations deliver a quality of service that meets the expectations of both customers and service users?
What if this transformation were also an opportunity to give customer-facing professionals an even more strategic role? Their ability to build relationships, demonstrate empathy, and handle sensitive or complex situations with tact is becoming an increasingly important competitive advantage.
This programme explores the strengths and limitations of AI in customer relationships while helping participants develop the essential human skills needed to support, reassure and build lasting relationships with customers, even in the most critical situations.
An opportunity to fully embrace what technology can never replace: emotional intelligence, empathetic listening and the quality of genuine human connection.
