In this course, high performance is explored through three integrated dimensions:

  • Environment – how relationships and behaviours either enable or undermine performance

This journey invites leaders to reassess their beliefs about high performance, the way they design and manage their teams, and, above all, the environment they create so that people can contribute at their very best.
