  • Present the redesigned process and pilot case, making the case for its value and next steps.

The program of training

Every manager faces pressure to bring AI into their processes. But is AI genuinely improving the work, or are we just layering it onto an inefficient process?

That's where MAESTRO comes in: the Cegos framework that starts with the work, not the technology.

This programme gives managers a clear, repeatable method for process redesign decisions. Using MAESTRO, you'll map how a process runs today, identify where improvement creates value, assess what's feasible, and decide the right form for the work: Human, Automation, AI Assistant, or Agent.

You'll then bring these decisions into a redesigned end-to-end process, and leave with a case ready for stakeholders.

No coding involved. The focus is on the managerial decisions before implementation: understanding the work, making evidence-based choices, designing roles, handoffs and controls, managing risk, and deciding how improvement will be tested.
