IFP SCHOOL wins Digital Learning Excellence Awards 2017

For the seventh year in a row, Cegos is working in partnership with the AEF Group to organise the Digital Learning Excellence Awards. IFP School, an applied school in the field of energy, won the Grand Prix for its “Inspecting an industrial unit” programme.The award ceremony took place on 13 June 2017 in Paris as part of the Learning, Talent & Development Congress and brought together several hundred training and HR professionals.The Digital Learning Excellence Awards put the spotlight on and recognises digital and blended training programmes set up by companies, organisations, associations and higher education institutions in three categories:
  • The best “Job” training programme
  • The best “Corporate” training programme
  • The best “Education” training programme
Handed out by a panel of professionals, the annual Digital Learning Excellence Awards aim to highlight and share best practices in digital and blended training. They also provide a means of taking stock of training developments in terms of teaching approaches, technical aspects and more. IFP School wins the Grand Prix 2017IFP School, an applied school in the field of energy, won the Grand Prix for its “Inspecting an industrial unit” programme. The immersive programme harnesses virtual reality and other educational technologies with a view to preparing participants for practical issues.Best “Job” training programme 2017: Fnac DartyThe “NAPS” application has successfully combined a community of agile sellers able to cater to ever-aware customers. NAPS is based on two levers: immediate access to vital information to better inform customers and agile learning by harnessing gamification and exchanges with peers. Learning has become a game and, above all, a personal approach. The NAPS certification programme lets participants express their motivation, talent and expertise in a corporate setting. With 2,698 NAPS users out of 3,200 sellers, the programme has hit the mark!Best “Corporate” training programme: Schneider Electric“Learning Week” aims to put each employee in charge of their development and promote the enjoyment of learning. The week-long event sees a huge selection of multi-modal training programmes led by internal and external instructors offered to all employees on a variety of topics including company knowledge, digital technology, sales, office technology and personal development. Each employee sets their own programme without approval from their manager. For three years, more than 90% of employees canvassed endorse the initiative.Best “Education” training programme: Université Paris 13The “Le collège AES+” programme is a gamified training programme for learning in a university setting, as well as limiting dropping out of school. Fun learning activities as part of classroom and online courses, serious games, various competitions, customisable game area, and tutoring support on a forum and in a virtual classroom… The programme is intended to learn how to become a student, by promoting the creation of a learning community and a “school year” spirit. For more information about the winning projects
