Artificial Intelligence (AI) is here to stay, and it will inevitably impact many HR processes — but how?A growing part of organizations will eventually rely on M-shaped persons (those who have a wide breadth of knowledge on various topics but shallower knowledge where appropriate) and specialists. For these individuals, continuous upskilling will be the new normal. These assistants will manage a continuous workflow of pursuing the right gig, curating the best content and buddies, building adaptive learning experiences, coaching to keep them on track, and publishing evidence that will enable the learner to embark on a new and stimulating gig! With this is mind: what is the state of the art of AI-Powered learning companions? Does this mean that learning and development will be disrupted? How does it impact corporate learning? In an inspiring article published in the summer issue of Training Industry, François Debois, head of innovation for the Cegos Group, and Simon Vuillaume, Director of international projects, share their vision, based on a continuous analysis of Learning and Development and workforce trends over the past 3 years.Read the full article here.Discover how Cegos can partner with you to successfully transform your corporate Learning and Development.Download our ‘Future of Soft Skills’ white paper.
