There is no doubt we have all been facing uncertainty since early 2020. You could argue that uncertainty is always part of the business landscape, even during the good times. As such, companies must always be resilient in order to cope with the changing demands and challenges of the day.
In this short video, I look at how L&D can play a vital role in helping individuals and teams become more resilient and adaptable to rapid change. With reference to Humankind by Dutch journalist Rutger Bregman, I believe we can overcome any difficulty by sharing information and collaboration – the two pillars of L&D.
