Guillaume de Maison Rouge is appointed Managing Director of Cimes - Cegos Group
A European and international leader in learning and development, the Cegos Group announces the appointment of Guillaume de Maison Rouge as Managing Director of its subsidiary Cimes. In a dynamic market, Cimes is now one of the French leaders of the training outsourcing and work-linked learning market.
Aged 47, Guillaume de Maison Rouge took up his new responsibilities at the head of Cimes on February, 7. Alongside the management team and all of Cimes' employees, he will lead his development mission in a dynamic context for the training outsourcing market. His main objective will be to strengthen synergies within the Cegos Group to support organisations' skills challenges, both in France and internationally.
Guillaume de Maison Rouge has a solid background in marketing and sales in large international groups, and a strong entrepreneurial culture developed at the head of several start-ups.
Starting his career in 2000 as Marketing Manager for Mapa Spontex Mexico, he joined Imperial Tobacco in 2003 as International Marketing & Sales Manager EMEA, before becoming, in 2009, Managing Partner of the innovation consulting firm Loeb Innovation. In 2014, he co-founded Tcheckit, where he was VP Sales & Marketing, a role he retained after the integration into Bemyeye. In 2018, he became Chief Revenue Officer of Kumullus (SaaS solutions and Digital Learning services), before joining Talentis in 2020 as Partner and Managing Director of Click & Coach, a professional remote coaching platform.
Guillaume de Maison Rouge is a graduate of Edhec Business School and holds a degree in Financial Management (University of Paris 2 Panthéon Assas).
