Aurélia Makos is appointed Human Resources Director of Cegos

07/11/2022

Aged 39, Aurélia Makos took up today her new responsibilities as Human Resources Director of Cegos.

In a particularly buoyant market, her mission will be to support the ambitious growth strategy of the leader of the L&D market, by strengthening the attractiveness and retention of talent as well as the skills development and internal mobility. Her action will naturally be in line with the Cegos Group's three priority commitments in terms of employer responsibility: the awareness and contribution of Cegos teams to CSR, the Quality of Life at work for all employees and the promotion of diversity and inclusion.

During her professional career, Aurélia Makos has acquired experience as a generalist in Human Resources within the Engie group and its subsidiaries, both in France and internationally (particularly in the Asia-Pacific region), with a particular interest in the challenges of attractiveness, talent retention and skills development.

Entering Engie as an apprentice, she spent 11 years at Ineo (an Engie subsidiary specializing in electrical installation and communication systems, now Equans), combining generalist operational HR experience with specialized missions in Talent Development and Learning.

She follows this same logic by integrating Tractebel (an international company of the Engie Group specializing in consulting and engineering services in the fields of energy, water, nuclear and infrastructure) in 2017, first as Human Resources Director for Tractebel France and for Tractebel in Asia-Pacific in Singapore between 2018 and 2021, then by joining the teams at Tractebel's headquarters in Brussels as Director of Talent, Learning and Skills Development of the subsidiary.

Aurélia Makos is graduated of Sciences Po Paris and holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
