This session initially focusses on the importance of identifying your objective and then considering where this fits into the wider picture of the company and it’s goals.
We introduce tools to help you identify and analyse key stakeholders, their objectives, and the dynamics between you. This will help you assess the appropriate communication strategies to use, and who you may be able to call on to support your message.
