The program of training

In an environment of change, constant adaptation and unprecedented events, working in cross-functional teams is strategic.

The aim of this course is to enable participants to gain a better understanding of the environment, context and scope of their cross-functional missions, and to approach them with the appropriate tools and an effective methodology.

Great value is placed on exchanges between participants and their contributions to group activities.

Dynamic and operational, this course alternates theoretical input, operational tools and role-playing exercises based on real-life cross-functional management cases.
