The program of training

This session will help you to avoid problems arising from cultural differences by being prepared to be flexible, and through seeking to understand what those differences represent.

It is based around six main ‘cultural difference’ theories which are explored with practical examples of how these can cause frustrations in the workplace. We highlight the associated core skills and behaviours necessary, to achieve more collaborative and productive relationships.
