For the tenth year in a row, Cegos worked hand-in-hand with the AEF media Group to organise the Digital Learning Excellence Awards. The award ceremony was held on 21 September 2020 in Paris during the Learning, Talent and Development Congress and brought together several hundred Learning and Development and HR professionals.The award winners are selected each year by a panel of professionals with a view to identifying and sharing best practices in digital and blended learning. The awards also help understand the latest developments in Learning and Development by singling out and recognising standard-setting training programmes run by companies, organisations, associations and higher-education establishments in three categories:- The best "Job" learning programme- The best "Corporate" learning programme- The best "Social Responsibility and Education" learning programmeThis year, the jury was chaired by Elisabeth Fonteix, Learning and Development Director - ORANGE.The winners of this 10th edition of the Digital Learning Excellence Awards are:EISF (« Ecole Internationale du Savoir-Faire Français ») wins the Grand Prix 2020The EISF was created 5 years ago to take up the challenge of the digitalisation of learning in the craft trades. It won the Grand Prix for its "CAP Pâtissier 100% digital". All training courses are designed from the outset for digital technology. They are intended for people seeking retraining and professional reorientation, and often still in a work situation. 98% of learners pass the final exam.Best “Job” Learning ProgrammeMONOPRIX for its "CLIC-QUALITE" training system."CLIC QUALITÉ" is a 100% digital learning programme dedicated to food hygiene and safety. Every year, it concerns 6,000 people working in the fresh food departments or with a role in the cold chain.Best “Corporate” Learning ProgrammeIFCAM, the Corporate University of the Crédit Agricole Group, for the "integration of AI and adaptive learning" in a Bachelor's degree course for Individual Customer Advisors.The challenge of this programme is to professionalise young recruits on the fundamentals of the profession of sales advisor in the retail market and on banking culture. This human and 100% digital degree programme is intended for all Group employees.Best “Social Responsibility and Education” Learning Programme« Centre Ressources Autisme et troubles du développement » (CRA AQUITAINE) for its SPOC "AUTISPOC".This is the first SPOC on screening, diagnostic support, care and specialised support for people with autism.
