Brandon Hall Excellence Awards: a triple win for the Cegos Group!

One of the most prestigious awards in our international market, the Brandon Hall Excellence Awards honoured this year 3 projects developed and implemented by Cegos with its clients William Grant & Sons, Transdev and Navantia.Three entries, three awards: a real success story for the Group, further strengthening its expertise and leadership at the global level!Gold Award for Cegos and William Grant and Sons in the « Excellence in Learning » category, for their "Essentials of Leadership" project.This global leadership training program, targeting first-time leaders in over 15 countries blends face to face, virtual, and digital learning modalities to ensure the learning is transferred to the workplace.Silver Award for Cegos and Transdev, in the « Excellence in Sales Performance » category, for the project "Gaining clients for life".This international blended programme was designed by Cegos to upskill the General Managers and Business Developpers of the French transport group. The aim is to strengthen the links between stakeholders in order to win and retain B-to-B and B-to-G (business to government) customers.Bronze Award for Cegos and Navantia, in the « Excellence in Leadership Development » category, for the project "Change: a new leadership model".Navantia, a Spanish state-owned shipbuilding company, is anticipating a generational turnover in its teams. The project designed by Cegos aims to redefine and deploy a new leadership model.
