JTI’s Onboarding Digital Learning Journey
JTI wins Gold in the ‘Best Custom Content Learning’ category
JTI wanted to adopt a more agile approach to onboarding staff in its sales & marketing teams. The entirely digital training programme is based on a series of interactive self-learning modules that can be accessed anytime, anywhere. The programme is engaging and effective and can be adapted to meet JTI's changing needs.
SOCOMEC's international training for KAM
Socomec won Gold in the ‘Best Program for Sales Training and Performance’ category
The winning project is an international training programme for Key Account Managers. The aim was to enable teams to acquire a common culture, methods and sales processes to develop performance and thus contribute more effectively to the company's growth.
Roca's improvement in processes and project performance
Roca was awarded a Silver Medal in the ‘Best Team Development Program’ category.
The project implemented by Roca enabled the streamlining of project processes and the development of project management skills. Following an in-depth analysis of processes, a training programme was designed around workshops, coaching sessions and the sharing of best practice.
Servier’s Project Management Academy
Servier was awarded a Silver Medal in the ‘Best Corporate Learning University’ category
Servier established its Project Management Academy to support the development of strategic skills across the Group. As Servier's key strategic objectives rely on the successful execution of projects, this academy was a priority to develop highly skilled project managers and teams.
Pharmacies Benu’s MyWay2Lead training programme
Pharmacies Benu won Silver in the ‘Best Development Program for Frontline Leaders’ category.
MyWay2Lead is a 3-year blended training programme deployed in Switzerland in three languages, French, German and Italian. Designed to support Benu's pharmacist managers, this training programme enables them to acquire the key skills and mindset they need to better manage themselves and their teams.
Mettler Toledo's training for managers
Mettler Toledo won a Bronze medal in the ‘Best Use of a Blended Learning Program’ category.
Their blended learning programme is dedicated to Mettler Toledo's managers. It enables them to implement the company's strategic vision and become the driving force behind global success. This international training programme combines synchronous and asynchronous, face-to-face and distance learning approaches.
Floene’s "Meet Me" project
Floene was awarded a Bronze Medal in the category ‘Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy’.
In becoming an independent company, Floene wanted to develop the skills and performance of its teams. The ‘Meet Me’ project focuses on performance management and the way employees and managers manage priorities and boost individual performance.
