Our recruitment method

 

We aim to satisfy the needs of both our clients who are looking for the best candidate to fill a particular position, and candidates seeking to further their professional career.

1. Analysis and definition of skills profile:

We begin by identifying the general and technical skills (abilities, aptitudes, attitudes and knowledge) that the ideal candidate should have, as well as the company's organisation, values, strategic objectives and culture. In this way, we can propose the candidates best suited to the position profile and the company's requirements.

 

2. Recruitment:

We combine traditional recruitment methods (direct search, press advertisements, etc.) with the use of leading employment portals in each country for senior management, supervisory and technical positions.

 

3. Selection and presentation of reports on candidates:

We draw on our experience and method of evaluating the skills, expertise, aptitudes and personality of each candidate to present the client with a shortlist of candidates best suited to the position.
