The Cegos Group today announced that it is partnering with learning and talent management software leader Cornerstone OnDemand Inc. to distribute off-the-shelf e-Learning modules and course bundles to Cornerstone clients.  The e-Learning content will be available to organisations in Germany, Spain, France, Great Britain, Italy, Switzerland and the United States. 

Cornerstone’s award-winning, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-based learning and development platform provides organisations with a single point of access to e-Learning delivery, instructor-led training administration, virtual classroom, content management, and knowledge management capabilities.  Cornerstone’s integrated talent management suite also includes solutions for compliance, employee performance management, succession planning and enterprise social networking.

Who is trained? In what and how? What role does the company play? Are employees satisfied with this training? How do they wish to learn today and tomorrow?

To answer these questions, the Cegos Group, global leader in professional training, surveyed European workers in order to get their opinions and expectations relating to training. In Germany, Spain, France and the UK, 2,200 workers from various sectors and companies of all sizes were surveyed in March 2010.

Cegos is launching its e-learning and blended learning training (courses combining face-to-face and distance learning) in the Netherlands – a strategic choice for Cegos which is thereby investing in a market with huge development potential.
