Cegos has strongly promoted balanced economic and social development from the very beginning. In keeping with this belief, Cegos pledges to uphold diversity as a lever of performance and a source of enrichment for the company.
This commitment is reflected in four major actions:
Signing the Diversity Charter
Cegos signed the Diversity Charter in June 2006. The Charter aims to encourage companies to take concrete action against discrimination by ensuring that the composition of their staff more accurately reflects the diversity of the French population.
Organising conferences on "How to manage diversity?" with Enjeux-Les Echos. Louis Schweitzer, President of the Halde (Haute Autorité de Lutte contre les Discriminations et pour l’Egalité) agreed to take part in a series of conferences, the first of which was held in Paris on 6 June 2006.
Conducting a survey of more than 1,000 HR professionals on aspects of discrimination and what must be done to handle them.
Forming a partnership with the Women’s Forum which brings together top-level managers and opinion leaders from around the world.

One thousand participants attended the second Women's Forum whose aim is to promote the role of women in the economy and in society. Cegos is taking part in the Women’s Forum 2007 along with numerous other companies such as Suez, L’Oréal, Air France, EADS, and Total. |
