Pursuing responsible globalization

Faithful to its founding principles and core values, Cegos has joined in the Global Compact international initiative «Global Compact» and helps raise awareness of the social and environment impact of globalization.
 

Encouraging economic and social balance and diversity

From its very beginning, Cegos has asserted that economic growth must be balanced with social development. This belief led Cegos to sign the Diversity Charter promoting diversity as a lever for performance and a source of enrichment for the company.

Since 2006, the Cegos Group has also been a partner of the Women’s Forum, whose purpose is to highlight and encourage the contribution of women to the economy and to society, as well as to propose new approaches to the challenges of tomorrow.

Taking action to help the underprivileged and promote education

Since 2002, the Cegos group has been committed to helping the association Planète Urgence in two ways:

• Cegos helps fund its employees who wish to take part in Planète Urgence's humanitarian missions, and allows them to take solidarity leave.
• Cegos participates in initiatives to finance the assembly and distribution of school kits for children in Africa. For example, 30,000 school kits were recently distributed for the start of the school year in September 2007.
