Our client wants to set up a training programme targeted at 300 managers (30 countries - 4 continents) to adapt the business model and management culture.

  • Develop a blended programme: self-assessment of preferred behaviours including self-analysis of preferred behaviour styles

  • Set up e-learning resources: learning track management, on-line questionnaire and controls
