How did the Cegos Way of Learning come about?
What does the Cegos Way of Learning include?
As the basis of our core competence and pedagogical know-how, the Cegos Way of Learning lets us innovate our pedagogical services in conjunction with our clients.
Our core competence:
- The 12 pedagogical principles defined by Sandra Bellier
- The goal-oriented contract (DCO): states the roles, missions and commitments of the three main players in a training course, i.e. the company, the participant, and the trainer
Our know-how:
- A variety of structured and varied pedagogical techniques such as situational exercises, jigsaws, post-it meeting, role-playing
- 5 principal teaching methods for all learning situations
- Tools to facilitate training and consolidate its effectiveness before, during and after the actual training: CD-ROM, pocket cards, exercise materials, personal action plan
- "'Technical" tools designed for learning and developing operational skills: e-learning modules, "serious" games, manager’s studio
The Cegos Way of Learning enables us to create a pedagogical plan that encourages effective assimilation and transfer of learning through:
- alternating pedagogical methods and individual and group learning situations
- jointly developing good practice
- the expertise and support of our consultant "resources" who adapt to specific and real client needs: advisor, trainer, coach, providing support and feedback.
