Employer

Since its inception Cegos has believed in balanced development between economics and social welfare. The company has given assurances to its employees that it will fight any form of discrimination.

Mission Handicap, better integration of handicapped persons in the company

As a responsible company Cegos owes it to itself to help handicapped persons to find a job or to keep their present job. Each year Cegos takes part in Employment Week for the Handicapped organised by Agefiph, the FIPHFP and Adapt. As well as this week, we regularly put in place actions to encourage the work of the handicapped in the company: opening up all jobs available to handicapped persons, working with the handicap unit of Manpower, working with suitable companies (ESAT) etc.

The management charter: re-affirming and bringing the Cegos values alive

In 2002 Cegos drew up a Charter which was issued to each employee upon entry to the company. It clearly expresses the beliefs and good practice in terms of human resources development, in agreement with Cegos values : trust, transparency, rigorous standards.

Signing the Diversity Charter to fight against discrimination

In June 2006 Cegos signed the Diversity Charter at an official ceremony organised by André Santini, Deputy Mayor of Issy-les-Moulineaux. The Diversity Charter encourages companies to take firm action against discrimination by reflecting the diversity of the French population more faithfully in their workforce.

Observing stress to prevent psycho-social problems.

Stress management training programmes were set up by the Cegos teams after 2010. They are aimed at:

    • managers, so that they can detect stressed people as far upstream as possible and support them
    • all paid workers to teach them to manage their stress via two e-learning training modules available on this subject.

Surveys of internal social climate are conducted regularly to measure stress levels in particular.
