Ideas workshop

Enthusiastic about their profession and their discipline, Cegos experts love to share their experiences and reflections on the ground with other professionals. They regularly speak at conferences, trade shows and professional awards events. They write books which often become benchmarks in their field. They see this as an opportunity to enrich and share their knowledge of the corporate world and training.

Events: to share and encourage reflection

Cegos consultants are invited to speak at the most important trade shows and professional conferences. These are some of the conferences which they attend: ASTD (the main training show for North America), where they provide expertise in training: the HR Congress where they share their know-how with HRDs, or even the Women’s Forum where they take part in reflections on the place of women in the world economy.

Prizes and trophies: spotlighting best practice

Each year Cegos organises prizes and trophies rewarding best practice in companies on issues as varied as distance teaching, Intranets or human resources management. These prizes enable Cegos teams to be informed of the latest trends in these fields and to offer benchmarking to participating companies. They provide time for beneficial exchanges between specialists in all fields: consultants, HR professionals, company directors, universities, researchers etc.

Books: consultants and authors of reference works

A number of our consultants regularly take up the pen on their expert subject to write works for professionals and students. Such works often become reference material and are used by their readers as tools for reflection and guidance.

Blogs: Cegos expertise direct on the Web

More and more of our consultants are becoming bloggers who are able to share their know-how directly with professionals. Exchanges occur on articles which they have written allowing authors and Internet users alike to enrich their respective cultures.
