Educational theory at the heart of training
- Our varied teachings methods are all aimed at putting the learner at the heart of the training initiative: use of scenarios, role play, joint building of good practice etc.
- By alternating individual and collective methods we allow everyone to benefit from the skills of the group brought together but we also facilitate appropriation by the individual which would not be uniform for each of the participants.
- The consultant facilitator acts as an enabling “resource”. His role is to bring out the group’s good instincts rather than hand down knowledge which may not be applicable to each individual’s situation. He facilitates transpositions, provides everyone with the useful keys to appropriate the knowledge into his/her profession and company.

Training over the long term
Learning is a privileged time which begins before a training session and, more importantly, continues beyond it. To optimise this we offer a set of solutions and devices going far beyond mere training :

- Individualised advice from the consultant trainer on how to incorporate operating knowledge into professional practices over the long term

Using all technologies available to improve the effectiveness of training courses
E-learning, blended training, serious game, skills portal etc – there have never been so many technological learning solutions. According to the Cegos survey “Training for tomorrow”, 86% of European employees are in favour of the development of these new learning methods.
